Dan and Pam Chasey are thrilled to be owners and operators of the mill since 2008. They have been offering locally produced goods to the public for over thirty-five years through its sister business, Genesee Valley Apiaries. Dan is a third-generation beekeeper, and his bee yards have been situated near local orchards, pumpkin patches, vineyards, and berry patches throughout Wyoming County, New York.
The site originated as a creamery in the 1920’s and 30’s and became a cider mill in 1945. Fifty years later, the mill was to be broken apart piece by piece and auctioned off, but the current owners, Dan and Pam were determined to keep the cider mill tradition alive and thriving in the community!
